Administration Officer / Receptionist, Well Known Not for Profit Organisation, Perth, CBD, Inner & Western Suburbs, Stable Work Environment, Attractive Conditions Our client is a well known industry body who provides services to their large membership base. As Administration Officer you will be a key member of their team and have the important role of being the first point of contact for the organisation.
This is an interesting and varied role where duties will include: Attending to reception and incoming calls in a polite and professional manner. Processing incoming mail. Maintenance of the membership database. Filing and registrar duties. Word processing. Providing relief assistance to other areas. To be considered for this opportunity you will possess a minimum of four years in a similar role. In addition your customer focus, team orientation and attention to detail will be recognised and rewarded.
