Minimum requirements: Minimum 3 yrs experience in a management position, Customer focused, Focused on guest service which include compliments and complaints, Ability to manage small teams, Ability to plan and execute projects, Results orientated, Passionate about the Industry, Passionate about training and development, Accurately report on campaign events. Needs strength as the link between FOH and BOH. Focused on championing certain areas of the business environment. Team player and prepared to get your hands dirty. Willing to work shifts. Great communication and problem solving skills. Trustworthy Honest.
