Due to continued growth, there is an exciting new career opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Junior Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join the QLD Security Division. This opportunity will see you join their large, modern QLD office based in Brisbane's Southern suburbs - Work close to the highway and avoid the city traffic!
The purpose of this newly created position is to provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Manager, along with other branches of the Security business, completing all requested tasks in a timely & professional manner
This position will also see you responsible for a range of administrative duties, including: Accurate data entry, word processing and collation of report data. Printing, filing and photocopying. Assisting customers and colleagues in a bright, friendly manner. Input of service data into internal database. Scheduling Technicians to complete client jobs. Assist with accounts process, raising invoices, reconciling accounts, payroll and monthly progress claims. Generally office administration support duties
