Our successful CPE (Trades & Labour) Team is currently searching for a Candidate Manager, who has ideally supported a recruitment team to join them on a contract basis. You will have the opportunity to join the team based in Parramatta CBD.

To be successful in this role you will have: Strong experience in a similar role supporting a recruitment team, ideally blue collar. Full Management of the Screening process. Proactive attitude with ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport with all levels of the business. High attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to multitask effectively. Ability to prioritise and meet objectives. Maintain internal candidate database.

To be considered you will need to have the following: Bachelor’s degree (any subject). Written and spoken fluency in English. Optimism, resilience and proactively. A hunger and drive to achieve success.
