Receptionist, Glynde Garage, Adelaide. About the business: The Glynde Garage, a One Stop Automotive shop conveniently located in The Glynde Corner Precinct, specialising in performance enhancing vehicles, mechanical maintenance and crash repairs. We are a fast growing workshop, we are driven to succeed and pride ourselves on our outstanding culture, customer service and ability to provide quality repairs. We have a strong focus on customer service. Due to significant growth, we are looking to appoint an Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis.

About the role: Reporting to the Office Manager you will be a multi-skilled Receptionist with experience in front of house, answering and directing incoming calls and queries. This position will be 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Greeting customers, Customer Service, Answering & directing calls, Data entry with 55wpm , Assist with booking Clients, Prepare all relevant documentation for incoming and outgoing bookings, Filing/Archiving, Other ad hoc duties, Skills and experience, You will have great customer service skills, be able to work under pressure and be willing to go above and beyond. Automotive industry experience is preferred but not essential.

This role is suited to a motivated, energetic individual, who can take initiative and enjoy a professional and fast paced office environment. There will be a lot of on the job learning and the opportunity for growth. Proven Reception experience is a pre-requisite for this role.
