Every morning thousands of people cram into their overly crowded local wet markets to buy fresh meat, fish and vegetables, to take home and cook their morning meal. They do this again just before lunch and dinner. And if they were not home, then they'd eat someone else's home cooked food at one of thousands of street eats sprawled on every corner and every street of Vietnam. About the role: We're on the search for the best Store Manager that is reliable, fast, organised and able to think on their feet in a fast paced environment. General duties will not only include the basics such as; day to day management of the store, customer service, basic food preparation, cleaning and cooking, but also more importantly to continuing to build on-going relationships with our customers and culture with team members.

To be a successful candidate you will: Have worked in a similar fast paced kitchen or restaurant environment. (Not essential but highly desired!). Be available full time (Min 38hrs pw) for Minimum 12 months (Essential!). Have common sense! (Essential to work!)
