About the Company: Burchgrove Group is responsible for establishing two successful home fragrance brands - Peppermint Grove Australia and Mews Collective with a 3rd brand launching next month.
We are on a very large growth trajectory in the Australian and international markets, both in distribution and product development. An opportunity to work at our fragrance headquarters located in Mittagong, NSW has become available for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised admin officer.
About the role: We are looking for a positive and engaging person to fill the role of admin officer/sales support in a hustling and bustling dynamic office! This is not for someone who likes to twiddle their thumbs – we all work hard and have lots of fun whilst doing it!
The role covers everything from sales support for our wonderful sales team, customer enquiries, various comms with suppliers, wholesalers, end consumers, transport companies (etc.) as well as managing the day-to-day needs of the office. We will also need you to sniff test some of our new fragrances and trial our products on occasion too…!
The role will require someone who can demonstrate a strong background in customer service, general office duties and delivery deadlines whilst maintaining a positive and enthusiastic culture. The candidate must have a flexible and continuous improvement attitude in our fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes: 5 – 10 years experience in a fast-moving office environment is essential. Strong attention to detail. Highly organized and deadline driven. The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be a team player – we are a small team so being able to look after each other is essential. Computer literate and proficient in word and excel. Pleasant phone manner and able to communicate with customers in a warm & friendly manner both verbally and via email. This role would ideally suit someone who is dynamic and looking for an opportunity to grow their career in an exciting, fast paced environment.
