Roles & Responsibilities: Installation of Smart Locks such as Biometric locks, Facial Recognition and wifi locks and other Smart home products. Resolving Customer complaints. Review of new products. Repair of defective units. coordinating with manufacturer for Product development. Training Sales Promoters. Managing a log of warranty.
