We seek a leader with exceptional skills that fosters a strong and supportive member driven organization to lead the arts community in Victoria. The Executive Director we seek will bring an innovative approach to programming, funding, operations and partnerships. With a new visionary Strategic Plan and an expanded long-term home, we are seeking an individual whose approach is inclusive and who will be able to take the Arts Council to the next level of accomplishment.

As a leader and organizer with a wide range of experience working with artists, organizations, governments and funding agencies you will have knowledge of non-profit management, art, artists, programming, membership and communications in the Victoria region.
