Reservations & Guest Services Supervisor Location, City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type Full-Time. We are a well established company specializing in the rental of serviced apartments. We are looking for a Reservations and Guest Services Supervisor to start as soon as possible.
Main duties and responsibilities: Handle all FOH activities, including selling property nights, extra guest services, adhere to credit control procedures, competent in handling our bookings system. Logging, filing and checking checklists are a key role in making sure bookings and paperwork are correctly dealt with, and all housekeeping staff have done their assigned tasks with all properties being serviced daily.
Be available for late check-ins Working with Head of housekeeping, and Maintenance that all properties are cleaned and maintained up to our five star level. Resposible for all extra guest services which include guest information, signage and labelling in all cottages, keys etc. Managing all inventory counts for each of our properties. Assist with compiling regular upkeep reports on each property.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 (Matric), Previous Reception experience in a Hospitality environ ment, Excellent Communication skills. Excellent computer skills, preferably Hotelier experience but not a necessity. Great attention to detail. Own transport preferable, as this position includes some late shifts. MUST be able to work under pressure. MUST be mobile, as this is not purely a desk bound position! An immediate start would be to your advantage.
