Construction Foreman, Location, Parklands, West Coast, Job Type Full-Time. Purpose of the Job: To supervise a wide range of construction projects, as well as construction crews from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on-time, within scope and to company standards and within budget.

Qualifications, knowledge and experience: Valid Driver’s licence. Reading of construction plans and lay-outs. Diploma in Construction, Civils or similar would be advantageous. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OHS guidelines.

Experience in the following disciplines: Civil, Building, Carpentry, Basic Electrical, Basic plumbing, Snagging of buildings and units, +10 yrs’ experience as a construction foreman, PC & Microsoft Office Literate, Working conditions, Works in a site and office environment, Travelling to sites where required. Regular overtime and standby required in accordance with operational requirements. Should you meet the required experience and qualifications.
