Accommodation and Admin Manager - Sharjah, UAE. Job Functional Area Administration. Required Gender Male. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree. Minimum Experience 15 Years. Candidate should have Bachelors degree with diploma or equivalent Labour relations. He must have an experience of minimum 20 years and aged about 40 to 45 years, in handling accommodation requirements, allocation, operation and maintenance of Labour staff accommodation. He must have worked in large construction companies and should have worked minimum 10 years in the middle east countries and should have managed accommodation facility for over 10,000 workers.
The incumbent shall be conversant with UAE Labour regulations and should have excellent communication abilities with the Labour force to maintain the Labour relations. He should have adequate knowledge on health and hygiene as per DM regulations and handle the inspectors who come for regular inspections in the Labour accommodations. He should have excellent abilities to handle Labour disputes, infighting in the accommodation, police cases and also Labour welfare activities. (Arabic speaking candidate is preferred). Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
