Retail Manager, Location, East London, Eastern Cape, Job Type Full-Time. Retail Manager required with strong leadership skills and an eye for detail to to lead and maintain excellent Store Standards and Sales Targets.
Minimum Requirements: Matric/Senior Certificate. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Fluent in English – Read, Speak and Write. Min. 3 years Retail Management Experience. Ability to work Retail Hours. Valid Driver’s License and own transport. Must be able to work under pressure. Basic HR knowledge. Experience in Food Retail advantageous.
The suitable Candidate must be: Well Presented, neat and organised. Able to Manage conflict situations. Excellent problem-solving skills.
In addition, the Candidate will be responsible for: Achieving Sales Targets. Stock Management and control. Ability to minimize loss. Maintain high standard of Store image. Deliver excellent customer service. Build and maintain relationships with Suppliers and Customer. Manage staff effectively. Maintain work procedures and hold staff accountable should standards not be met. Salary: R12 - R14K + monthly performance bonus.
