Principal Responsibilities: Execute planned maintenance tasks in accordance with schedules. Provide technical advice and support to maintenance teams and management. Diagnose defects and faults reported and provide appropriate cost effective technical solutions. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Operate to the highest standards of Health and Safety

Background, Experience, Attributes Essential: Knowledge and experience in MEP, HVAC & FA/FF systems. Strong communication skills. Well developed fault finding skills.

Desirable: Ability to communicate in other languages. Understanding of Health and Safety requirements. Knowledge of Quality Procedures.
