Linux Administrator

Are you an System Administrator seeking a new challenging job opportunity?

Our client, a leading mobile web company is actively recruiting for a junior Linux Administrator to join their IT Department.

The successful candidate will responsible for assisting in the maintenance and development of in-house infrastructure.

Linux Administrator responsibilities will include:

    * Administration of file services, backups, network connectivity
    * Desktop support to users using Windows/ Linux / Mac operation systems
    * Maintain and develop cloud based infrastructure using Puppet, mongoDB, EC2, etc

Candidate requirements:

    * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
    * 1+ years commercial IT administration experience working in a large, fast paced IT environments
    * 1+ years Linux/ Unix administration experience
    * Good understanding of Scripting ( Shell, Python, Ruby, etc )
    * Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call rota
    * Previous experience in investigating and problem solving
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    * Fluent English communicator ( verbal & written )
