Draftsman - Atlantis - R262036 Per Annum CTC Location Other, Northern Suburbs Job Type Full-Time Engineering Company seeks a Draughtsman to support product engineering according to work orders as well as customer’s specifications.

To work in coordination with and in support of other engineering team members: Roles and Responsibilities: Performing drawing creation and revision from drawing mark-ups and Engineering sketches in accordance with accepted drafting standards under the guidance of / and in support of Product Engineer. Apply drafting and computer-aided design (CAD) standards and by using CAD software to create simple component drawings. Generate cutting, beveling, fit-up and assembly drawings for production teams from mark-ups and engineering sketches. Operate computer systems to create and manage task documentation and data, task result and project status reporting. Provide regular verbal and written reports summarizing project activity, conditions, procedures, results, conclusions and recommendations to product engineer and engineering manage Experience: Experience in using related CAD software, preferably Solid works and AutoCAD Desired Qualification/Education: Graduate from High School or Technical College Specialized knowledge and Training in: Technical Drawing and Dimensional Tolerances
