Horse Groom - Stable Hand Guanaba, QLD Groom required for a Western/Reining stables in the Gold Coast Hinterland. Must have experience with horses, be confident and competent handling them (experience with show/competition horses would better though not a must).Eligible for 88 Day 2nd year Visa. This job is for a minimum of 3 months but ideally looking for someone for longer than 3 months. This job includes self-contained accommodation, your own bedroom with a double bed in a 3 bedroom house. It also includes electricity, internet access, a car to use (registration, insurance and maintenance paid for) plus wage per week and super paid into your nominated super fund. You need to be able to understand and speak English well. Duties include looking after competition horses, feeding and ragging horses, tacking up horses (western saddles) and washing down horses after they have been worked and other farm/yard duties.
