Senior Quantity Surveyor - Dubai, UAE Company Name Bam International Required Gender Male/Female Minimum Experience7 Years A multi-national construction company is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 7 to 10 years of experience in the middle east for their project in Dubai. The candidate must hold a college qualification in quantity surveying and have a good understanding of the construction industry. Membership with relevant professional body is preferred. Main responsibilities include:- Advise on project budget- Supports with procurement schedule- Advise on timely drafting and submission of commercial / contractual correspondence- Negotiations and agreement with sub-contractors- Ensure final accounts are closed in a timely manner- Review of project reports and contracts
