Audit Clerk Location Potchefstroom, North West Job Type Contract Audit Junior/Clerk Required. Duties: Contribute to Perform audits, accounting and book keeping tasks as allocated for a combination of Private Sector and Public Sector Clients. Contribute to audit fieldwork and Produce client reports, finalize and propose audit opinion and maintain effective client relations. Complete review timesheets, carry out initial reviewing of work paper files to ensure accuracy and completeness inline with necessary auditing and accounting standards

Requirements: Preference will be given to B.Com graduates with an interest in becoming a CA(SA).Pursuit/ progress towards CTA &  successful completion of  SAICA articles will be an advantage. Proficient in application of PFMA, GRAP, IFRS for SME’s, Companies Act, Ethics and ISA. Proficiency in Team Mate, Pastel, Case Ware and Microsoft products. Excellent writing, reporting, planning and organizing skills Own transport advantageous but candidate must have a valid driver’s license. Preference will be given to candidates resident in Potchefstroom/Mafikeng and surrounding areas ( or those willing to relocate at their own costs).Previous experience in auditing firm will be advantageous Strong problem solving and analytical skills
