Telecoms Call Technician - Centurion - R25K URGENT Location Centurion, Pretoria / Tshwane Advertised By Private Job Type Full-Time A dynamic ISP in Centurion providing both Microwave and fibre services is looking for a response centre technician who is able to troubleshoot customer issues. You will be dealing with customers directly and must be fluent in English and Afrikaans and have empathy for clients who are not technical. You will be logging into clients routers to assist them. Exposure to Mikrotik, wireless technology and fibre CPE troubleshooting is essential. You must stay no further than 10km's from the Samr and/N1 turnoff. This is a highly sought after position for a senior technical troubleshooter looking to improve their telecom skills. R25K a month.
