Location East London, Eastern Cape Advertised By Agency Job Type Full-Time Our Contract Cleaning division is looking to recruit a Managing Consultant, who will be responsible for sourcing new business, servicing existing customer base and managing cleaning staff
Duties: Pre-planning Weekly Sales Prospects by targeting appropriate clients / Cold calling Survey and assess potential clients needs Preparing of quotations/proposals/tenders and presentations Plan activities for Sales Plan to achieve budget keep up to date regarding knowledge of products and services Submit Weekly feedback Report Uphold image of the company in terms of dress code and good business ethics Management and training of staff on site Maintain personal health, hygiene and professional appearance Control of chemicals ie: dilution, mixing & issuing of the chemicals Maintain the cleaning programme and use initiative on when to be flexible regarding staffing Daily checks on site
Skills & Competencies: Must have eye for detail & ability to use own initiative Staff management experience with ability to lead and guide staff Basics knowledge of Health & Safety Knowledge of the Cleaning Industry will be advantageous
Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 Competent in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word Strong Communication skills Time Management Ability to Lead a team and use initiative Salary: R8 – R10k basic + Commission + Cell phone + Fuel Allowance
