Job Description: Receive & Log the complaint calls through phone, Email, Fax. Receive & log the complaint ticket in system. Assigning task to Engineer and dispatch within committed SLA Response time. Contact customer advising Engineers visit. Follow-up the call with Engineers. Close the call in system (Real time Closure).Issue the parts from the store and handover the DO to store in-charge. Prepare, Control, and file the documents for replacement/Standby machines. Dispatch Consumable to Customer for contracted machines. Ensure all the details are entered in system before validations of calls. Prepare report on service dispatch Application. Issue Warranty Claim to supplier.
