Bed and Breakfast Manager Location East London, Eastern Cape Advertised By Agency Job Type Full-Time Our client a Reputable 8 Room bed and breakfast in East London is recruiting for a mature live-in B&B Manager, working on a 5-6 cycle week where you will be relieved.  The successful incumbent must have the ability to work independently as you will be required to facilitate a full day at the bnb and manage your time accordingly. There is a team of 3 staff members who service the Bed and Breakfast. Personal Attributes & Skills: Must be presentable, articulate, bubbly and friendly with the ability to host guests effectively Communication is “Key”, good ability to communicate with Owners/Guests - Fluent in English, Afrikaans (Xhosa advantageous)A genuine passion for guest satisfaction and guest hosting Adaptable to guest needs and requirements Strong Problem-solving skills with the ability to make judgment calls Must have a creative flair Ability to maintain property Observant of minor details Passionate about attention to detail Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Min. 2 years Managerial experience in a similar working environment Ability to cook a great consistent breakfast is essential Fully Computer Literate on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.  The bnb operates on Xero, Nightsbridge, Google drive on a daily basis (knowledge of these programs advantageous)Strong Administrative skills and sound financial management skills Driver’s license and own vehicle Hospitality or any tertiary form of qualifications will be advantageous Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Hotel Industry Salary: R6,480 pm + incentives (includes accommodation)Undertakings on successful placement: Criminal / Credit Check Application Process: It is imperative that when applying for this position you make use of the reference number otherwise your application will not be considered.
