We are looking to recruit a part-time experienced secretary for a temporary position. The job is suitable for a mature woman (pensioner/retired) who has experience, is based in Bryanston and has her own transport. The candidate must be a South African citizen with University qualification and have strong verbal and written English communication skills. CORE COMPETENCIES: Must have excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Good computer skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet proficient. The key functions of the role include: Providing full secretarial function and office administration support Collecting requisite data and using prescribed formats to store and present information. TERMS: Office: Bryanston, Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00 – 13:00, OR 13:00 - 17:00, and two Saturdays per month from 09:00 – 12:00 Salary: R 3, 500 per month CTC.
