Inherent requirements: Matric HR qualification – Degree or Diploma Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in HR Medical or Clinical background Must be computer literate Own transport and valid driver’s license

Responsibility: Duties and responsibilities: Ensure that all Group and Divisional policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to by the Division. Ensure that all Group and Divisional policies are applied fairly and consistently within the Division. Ensure that all employees are captured and updated on HR Zone. Ensure that documentation for all employees are in order, duly signed and completed in full, in line with the company policies and procedures properly file and stored. Ensure that all the information and documentation is processed in respect of terminated employees. Processing of EEB applications and Medical Aid applications, as per the stipulated process and procedures. WCA and UIF documentation, ensure that process is followed and all relevant documentation is completed Ensure that all payroll information for the Division is consolidated and submitted to the relevant Payroll Administrator by the stipulated deadline. Ensure that the checking of Payroll is done accurately and timorously. Ensure that increases are processed and captured, in line with the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines.
