This job entails the overall Human Resources Management of a farm in the Hemel en Aarde Valley, and managing a team of six staff.

Requirements: HR degree or Diploma At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management Knowledge and experience of basic labour relations and basic conditions of employment Knowledge and experience of working with unions and wage negotiations Completion of annual employment equity reports Representing the company at the CCMA in conciliation and arbitration matters Ability to work under pressure Excellent people management skills Excellent communication and negotiating skills Outstanding  organizational skills and strong detail orientation Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Driving licence and own transport
