The successful applicant will have to manage the Supervisors of aforementioned Departments and attend a weekly performance management meeting together with an external service provider who is also responsible for all Labour Law matters. As you will be assisting the Buyers of the store you need to have an understanding of SAP and manage the budget together with the buyers. Needless to say you need an entrepreneurial way of thinking and be a people's person.
