Description:
· Lead Day to Day company operations.
· Prepare and maintain financial and company performance statements.
· Lead and Supervise property agents.
· Meet financial KPIs set by Higher Management.
· Plan and direct the Sales/rentals of real estates on behalf of businesses and investors.
· Negotiate contracts for the purchase or lease of the property.
· Come up with ideas for marketing property and creating new leads.
· Review plans with clients, recommending available options and features.
Requirements:
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE SHOULD BE:
· Driven by Sales target and Sales success.
· Good at communicating with clients.
· Able to communicate in Arabic and English fluently.
· A Team player.
· Smart in appearance.
· RERA Certification.
· Valid U.A.E/International Driving license.
· An owner of a car is an advantage.
