Candidate Profile Description: 1. Minimum of 5 years IT/GIS Industry experience.
2. At least 5 years of ArcSDE 9.x and ArcGIS Server experience in a complex 24 x 7 environment.
3. Good Knowledge & Hands On Working Knowledge of Telcordia Network Engineer, ArcIMS, Image Server, UNIX, Windows Servers, understanding of shell scripts, etc.
4. Should demonstrate 8-10 years of GIS program delivery experience in utilities or urban infrastructure
5. Should have worked on one or more of projects on management of workforce, outage, distribution, GIS,
transmission, trading, procurement, contracting, billing, customer service, landbase data, geo database design, transition etc.
6. Should be able to manage projects end to end, including planning, costing, proposals, invoicing and negotiations
