Responsibility: Formal cooking/culinary diploma Experience in up to 60 guests at any one time - weddings / private dining - special menus Running a full kitchen team - Sous / 2 Chef de Partie's / baker / commis You will be given carte blache with creativity Successful applicants will need to do a cook off inn the Plettenberg Bay area Salary: R20 - 25k live in
