The successful applicant will be responsible for directly managing and developing a team to efficiently and effectively achieve business and campaign objectives, ensuring quality standards are adhered to at all times.

The selection criteria:   Fully flexible   2 years BPO / International Call Centre proven management /   supervisory experience   in the USA education sector is desirable   Proven experience of achieving sales targets   Proven experience of coaching and development   Proven experience of performance management   Excellent motivational skills   Excellent communication skills   The successful applicant must possess a natural ability to lead a team   Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities  Proven track record in the delivery of a high level of customer service  Computer literate 

OPERATIONAL HOURS:  Monday to Sunday Shifts 15:00 PM to 00:00 AM or 16:00 PM tom 01:00 AM  SALARY:  Negotiable depending on skill set and experience  START DATE: ASAP
