Here an opportunity has risen for SPA Receptionist to join a 5-star property in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities: Comply with the spa grooming standards. Respect duty schedule as approved; be on-time for work. Prompt with each appointment and respect allocated treatment time. Liaise with the entire Spa team under direct guidelines of the Spa Manager, and deal with all queries in a professional and effective manner. Have a good awareness of column management and target contribution. Be proactive. Provide assistance if required with side duties and schedule. To exercise flexibility. Have a good knowledge of the Spa services and retail products. Prepare and execute Spa services to all guests as per the SOP. Minimum of 2 years experience in 5* hotel or resort. Provide outstanding costumers service. Able to actively promote and understand the spa business. Retail or spa therapist background is an advantage with good computer skills for daily operation reports and reservations. Fluent in English
