Duties will include but not are not limited to: Responsible for managing the Butchery. Controlling of Stock. Cash Ups. Daily Banking. Opening and closing store. Managing & training staff

Requirements At least 3-5 years butchery manger experience Valid Driver's License Excellent problem solving capabilities Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills. Cope well under pressure and manage a large staff complement Must have strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence Able to achieve sales Grade 12 certificate or NQF equivalent  An expressive motivational letter and a strong CV with relevant references is required.
