Experience in BPO and Call centre projects will be to your advantage. The role reports to the MD and will have a team of Senior Recruitment Consultants reporting into. The candidate should have the ability to actively run his/her own desk and inspire recruiters to higher levels of performance. The ideal candidate should be able to train and develop a diverse team to continually improve, and achieve targets and at the same time instill a customer service ethos.
