should be a clear evidence of sales achievement and have advanced consultative sales, previous exposure to high profile or blue chip organizations, evidence of sales through multi-level decision makers, experience of tenders and or winning complex new business deals, leadership qualities with the ability to balance multiple demands, team player with evidence of building across business support, target oriented and driven to exceed demanding challenges, market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors, a background in vehicle rental and leasing would be highly desirable.
