Business Analyst

Are you seeking a new challenging Business Analyst position?

Our client, a leading multinational company within the Insurance sector is actively recruiting a Business Analyst for their Dublin city centre office.

The successful candidate will take up a key role in the Operations team and provide key support on a broad scope of activities

Business Analyst responsibilities will include:

    * Design, implement and document process management and improvement plans
    * Collect monthly progress reports
    * Develop relevant material for in house communication
    * Prepare presentation information for senior management and stakeholders
    * Ensure all policies and procedures and up to date
    * Ensure all relevant policies and best practices are stored on MS Sharepoint
    * Support management of business continuity reviews and reports

Candidate requirements:

    * Bachelors Degree in IT or Business
    * 3 years relevant experience working in a large multidisciplinary team / organisation
    * ITIL / Six Sigma certified desirable
    * Proven abilities in communicating and engaging with senior management and stakeholders
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    * Ability to work on own initiative
    * Fluent English communicator ( verbal & written )
