Purchasing Associate/ Storeroom Clerk - Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Functional Area Procurement and Supply Chain Required Gender Male Minimum Experience 2 Years We are looking to hire Purchasing Associate / Storeroom Clerk for our firm based in Abu Dhabi.
Essential Functions: Receive and deliver all products coming through the purchasing department and ensure the quality, quantity, and freshness of those goods. Take daily inventory, Data entry into software system. Experience & Skills Required:- Effective English communication skills both written and verbal.- Ability to inspect incoming shipments of food and beverage.- Ability to work in an accurate and organized manner.- General working knowledge of restaurant, kitchen, and bar products.- Good working knowledge of computer systems and accurate data entry.- Valid drivers license (not must but will be an advantage).Other Ideal Qualifications:- Restaurant, kitchen, and bar product familiarity.- Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, hydraulic lifts, and weight scales. Physical Demands:- Ability to walk, stand, reach, and lift for entire shift.- Must be able to dead lift 50 pounds.
