Senior Roaming Technician Location Sandton, Johannesburg Advertised by Private Job Type Full-Time   we are currently looking for a skilled and dynamic Senior Roaming Technician that stays near Johannesburg, Illovo. You will need a valid driver’s license and your own car to get to work and remain flexible with times; however, we do have company vehicles for visiting clients. You will need to have a professional, positive and friendly attitude and appearance, as well as good Email and telephone etiquette in order to deal with our corporate clients on a daily basis. Ideally you will have more than 6 years advanced Desktop, Network and Server support experience. In addition to this, we are also looking for someone with a true passion for IT and ideally you must be able to work alone as well as in a team. Your time must be flexible as after-hour work will be required from time to time.

Requirements: A+ / N+ or equivalent. MCSE / MCITP or equivalent. Advanced desktop support (hardware/software). Advanced Support for MS office. Extensive experience with Window Operating Systems. Advanced support for WiFi access points & Mikrotik routers. Minimum 2 years’ apple MAC experience. Advanced administration of Microsoft Windows servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc. Solid understanding of networking including managed switches and firewalls appliance units. MS Exchange experience. You must have a good technical understanding of Mime cast Email services.
