Candidate must have some experience working in a Law Firm (not necessary to be in possession of an LLB Degree)Candidate must be well versed in accountancy, with a good knowledge of Pastel Partner. Must have excellent verbal and written English skills. Candidate will be required to correspond, on a professional basis, with hundreds of tenants. Willing to work long hours– Must have a good work ethic. Meticulous to details. Candidate with a kind nature to attend to queries and deal with tenants Willing to work without constant supervision. Well presented and preferably a female Must have own transport.
