Portuguese speaking Telesales agents required (Brazilian desk)

Key duties:

    * Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
    * Meet sales targets for defined campaigns & territories
    * Manage the entire service sales cycle from prospect to close
    * Contacting customers via telephone
    * Ensure the integrity of the customer information is maintained in the CRM system
    * Accurately process customer transactions
    * Perform other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    * Fluency in English and Portuguese
    * Experience working with CRM systems
    * Must be PC literate – proficient MS Applications
    * Proven experience in Sales with a track record and a strong desire to exceed expectations and sales initiatives
    * Background in betting industry, call centre or online services
    * Self Starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment
    * Ability to develop relationships & rapport with people
    * Personal attributes- Assertive, confident, organised, persistent and resilient
    * Salary: 19Kbasic + commission (up to 30K OTE pro rata)
