My client is seeking to employ a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their team based in Port Elizabeth.

Duties: Generate monthly sales data analysis and reports distributed to AM customers and management. Monitor and manage Aftermarket stock levels on a continuous basis and generate weekly / quarterly reports that are distributed to AM head office in Germany and local management. Entering provided budget planning data in the BPS system, maintain continuous planning of customer sales in BPS system. Manage CRM Database. Preparation of various daily, weekly & monthly and quarterly reports – FFQ. Assisting with marketing programs, assisting area managers with organizing customer trade shows and new store openings. Prepare power point presentations. Procurement of promotional goods. Management of internal documentation. Maintenance of Market share and related information. Managing all processes for travelling purposes – keeping records. Fulfill the role of SAP - Sales Key user

 Formal prerequisites for the position (e.g. training, experience, education etc.) Sales and Marketing or related qualification. Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point at higher level). Relevant SAP experience (sales Module). Strong analytical skills. Sales and marketing experience. Fluent in English, Afrikaans (Basic knowledge of German language an added advantage). Effective administrator. Ability to cope under pressure. Must be responsible, trustworthy, reliable and capable of handling confidential matters. Must be prepared to work late if and when required.
