Location, Queenstown, Eastern Cape, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time. Our client in the FMCG industry is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team, based in Queenstown.

Responsibility: Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor or Honours Degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or Engineering and/or prior plant management experience. Minimum 5 – 10 years relevant experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment at a senior management level with full responsibility for entire operation. Proven experience of full P&L and Balance sheet responsibility. Working knowledge of operating within an FMCG environment. Proven project management experience. Proven leadership experience of a multi-faceted team structure (planning, forecasting, purchasing, supply chain, production, warehousing, distribution).
