Basic salary r6 678 + r375 shift allowance + medical aid + provident fund Working Hours: Shifts: 06h00 – 15h00 & 13h00 – 22h00 Night Shift Hours: 21h00 – 06h00 (One Week in Every Five Weeks)
Our client is a leading car rental company who is seeking people who can truly live their brand and become ambassadors of the company. They are seeking an experienced, well-presented and professional Customer Service Assistant/Fleet Coordinator (Chaser) to maintain the shifts for the day and ensuring that all transfers are allocated and chauffeurs are running on time for their bookings.
Requirements: Matric Own reliable vehicle and Driver’s License – ESSENTIAL (Candidates who don’t have their own reliable transport will not be considered for the position) Driver’s. License with PDP advantageous Computer literate – Strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills
Responsible for own transport to and from work Well-presented and well-spoken Experience in the service industry advantageous Strong area knowledge Understand the impact of travelling time and traffic delays Previous operations/wizard knowledge would be advantageous Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Strong planning skills
Able to work independently and unsupervised Good problem solving abilities. Able to work well under pressure and at a fast pace. Able to make decisions easily and timeously. Attention to detail Confidence in addressing people, Self-motivated, Team player, Must work well with internal and external clients Honesty, empathy and humanity
Responsibilities: Delivering the company promise to customers and representing the brand. General administration including security reports. Maintaining daily transfers. Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets. Dispatching of chauffeur driven vehicles to clients and ensuring all chauffeurs arrive at clients on time. Keeping clients informed if any delays or problems. Effectively communicating with chauffeurs and clients when necessary. Ensuring smooth processing of operations overall.
