The role will include analysis and project coordination for operational and strategic projects which might involve technology and process changes. Qualifications: Relevant Business/Commerce degree; specialisation in economics, investments, finance, statistics, business management, or similar. Excellent knowledge of CRM systems. Fully multi-skilled and extensive knowledge on products and processes. Approximately 12 months experience within a client related role in retail and or client services.

Main responsibilities: Business Analysis To do detailed data, systems and process analysis and investigation for projects related to the client experience. To review system related user guides and facilitate communication of changes
Project Coordination To co–ordinate and implement campaigns and ad hoc projects related to the client experience. To facilitate system related workshops and training.
Systems Involvement in problem identification, improvement requirements and formulation of system specifications in conjunction with IT. To workshop and liaise with IT on major issues regarding system performance and refinements.
Relationship Management To build and cultivate a network of relationships across the business, particularly with IT and other key stakeholders interacting with the CSC and relating to the client experience.
To serve as primary point of contact for major CSC issues related to systems, processes and/or staff training related projects, including system access and rights.
Skills/Competencies and experience: Ability to research, analyse, synthesise and present information in a meaningful manner.
