Location, Camps Bay, Atlantic Seaboard, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time. Restaurant Group seeks to appoint a Restaurant General Manager to join the team of one of their high end restaurants.

Responsibility: This position requires strong stock control experience and requires someone who has good leadership skills and is strong in effective communication. The position requires a structured, organised and disciplined individual.

Minimum Requirements: At least three years general management experience in a high volume  restaurant operation. Sound financial acumen and understanding of food and beverage operations. Strong leadership skills and able to lead from the front. Excellent understanding of hospitality. Willing to work shifts. Very well presented with excellent communication skills in English. Own reliable transport. Stable track record and contactable references. Salary: RR20-30 000.00 depending on experience
