Sales Representative, Location, Hillcrest, West Suburbs, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities: Driving and growing Plascon paint sales to the Trade/Contractor market, as well as the retail market. Cold calling on builders, housing estates, schools, painting contractors etc in order to promote and drive sales. To ensure you grow top line sales, while ensuring margins are maintained.

Experience Required: Previous solid sales experience ESSENTIAL. Experience within the paint sector (Plascon/Dulux or other), or the hardware/construction sector within Durban and/or the surrounding areas preferable. Previous cold calling experience essential.

 Personal Attributes: Organized and driven self starter. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent verbal and written skill Neat, honest, reliable and presentable. The ability to cold call and effectively drive and increase sales Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle ESSENTIAL. The position is based in Hillcrest, but servicing the Pinetown / Kloof / Hillcrest / Bothas Hill areas. Preferably an individual who resides in one of these areas. R7,000 Basic and R2,500 Car Allowance (incl. Fuel) plus competitive commission scheme.
