Project Engineer - Dubai, UAE, Job Functional Area, Engineering, Minimum Education, Bachelor's Degree, Degree Title, Civil Engineering, Minimum Experience, 5 Years.

With minimum 5 years of experience with main contractors in Dubai. Must have experience working with projects such as hotels, residential and high-rise towers. Schedules preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering, logistics and other technical activities relating to the project. Familiar with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, Tecom. Etisalat. DU, Empower, etc. rules and regulations related to all construction activities in Dubai, including safety measures. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, and conferring with the management. Has the ability to prepare full tender documents, cost plans, BOQs and quantity take-offs. Determines project responsibilities.

Determines project specifications by studying designs, client requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies and preparing cost estimates. Determines proiect schedule by studying project plans and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements. Maintains project schedule by monitoring a project's progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems and reporting to the management. Controls the project plan by reviewing designs, specifications, plans and schedule changes, and recommending actions. Prepares project status reports.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations. Maintains a project database by writing computer programs, entering and backing up data. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering attested by the UAE Ministry of Exterior and accepted by SOE and Dubai Municipality.

Salary: AED 10.000 per month inclusive of all allowances (Transportation on Company)
