IT Administrator – UAE, Job Functional Area, IT Support, Database Administration, Minimum Education, Bachelor's Degree, Degree Title, IT, Minimum Experience, 6 Years. IT Administrator, 6+ Years' Experience Candidates Required.

Responsible for leading strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation and coordination of Information Systems, governance and group management of enterprise IT servers and systems. Align the technology capability in response to contemporary and future business needs. Lead the team and support the business & operations in all territories. Contribute to the continuity of IT services by providing necessary technical leadership and project coordination. Ensure IT service escalations are resolved in a timely manner by engaging appropriate IT teams, leading troubleshooting activity and liaising closely with the business to provide updates and/or co-ordinate resources. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of IT hardware/software systems. Manage the overall IT infrastructure & ensure continuity of delivery and support of IT Help Desk services. Management & Administration of Servers, LAN, Wireless & IP Telephony techno ogy with proficiency in TCP/IP, routers & switches. Hands on experience in Desktop Support, troubleshooting Laptop & Peripherals. Bachelors in IT and certifications such as MCSE & CCNA are advantageous. Must be a team player; possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
