Must have the required culinary qualification, Must have a valid driver's license with own transport, Must be prepared to work in a remote area, including the adaptability – either live in or live nearby, Only single individual will be considered, Must have a stable work record, clear criminal and credit record Basic Financial Understanding, Good Computer skills in MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook), Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Sales Orientated, Honest, Passionate, Ability to manage a kitchen as a business unit.
