Purchase Executive – UAE, Job Functional Area Procurement and Supply Chain, Total Position1, Minimum Experience Must be Experienced,

Job Duties and Tasks for: "Purchasing Executive" Obtain quotations from suppliers for requisitioned materials on timely basis. Clarify unclear items with suppliers and requisition teams and recommending alternatives if needed. Negotiate to obtain the best possible terms like price, deliver and payment conditions. Prepare purchase orders. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of the order.

Resolve any issues arising therein. Quickly develop working knowledge of relevant products, suppliers and industry norms. Coordinate with inventory teams and sales counters to ensure smooth availability of materials. Inspect inventory sites to update and resolve any issues related to the supply chain. Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss unacceptable goods and do corrective action. Ensure that relevant information is given to sales and inventory about products including legal, safety and municipal regulations.

Work Exp: preferably from maintenance company (MEP) or building material company Skills, Experience and Qualifications Very strong negotiation skills Very strong communication skill High degree of commercial acumen Ability to prioritize quickly against tight deadlines. Very good team player

Should able to balance the requirements of different stakesholdres without sacrificing organizational goals. Highest level of integrity in all aspects of work Has good attention to details. Tolerate and manage conflicts Takes initiative, Has relevant product knowledge of construction materials. Aware of basic principles of purchasing. Minimum 2-3 years purchasing experience in medium to large sized retail or supply firm. Plus 2 pass or college degree.

Salary package: 3500 AED + accommodation, NO Air ticket,
